A card must be put in file for all clients. No refunds will be given but changes can be made within 48hr of the provided service! Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels within 48 hrs of their appointment start time you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service charge! If you no show no call you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service charge! And all no shows will be required to pay a 50% deposit the next time they schedule! If you are sick please contact me asap and we can try and work something out the sooner you contact me the better it is for both of us! Late policy: I allow a 15 minute period after 15 minutes your service will either be shortened or rescheduled! After 30 minutes your considered a missed appointment you will be charged half price 50% and re scheduled!
